Omarchy Nix

An experimental, module-oriented port of the core Omarchy Quattro desktop to NixOS.

The first milestone covers the Hyprland configuration, Omarchy Shell, themes, essential desktop integration, and the subset of the Omarchy CLI needed by those components. It deliberately does not reproduce the Arch installer, package updater, boot/storage policy, or hardware auto-detection.

See docs/port-status.md for scope and examples/minimal/flake.nix for integration. The Omarchy Shell option remains disabled by default pending graphical VM coverage. A conservative shell layout, NixOS-safe menu, lock integration, theme staging, Tier-0 session commands, and portable Tier-1 audio/Bluetooth/clipboard/brightness/window controls are available now.

Interactive preferences can be persisted into a dedicated JSON file inside the user's flake through omarchy-nix; see docs/settings.md. It never rewrites arbitrary Nix files or commits without explicit configuration and invocation.
